| Phase 3 by Gary Manuel Salon, is a unique concept in the hair
industry. While this fully independant salon serves as an advanced
training environment for our new talent, it enables us to provide
Seattle's Downtown community with a high quality, low cost hair salon
alternative. Our goal is to provide quality, less expensive services
in a creative atmosphere while furthering the artistic and technical
skill of Gary Manuel Salon's interns.
